Chiara Luce - Girl's Summer Camp

Pure Heart servers took 40 girls to a Marian shrine outside the city for our annual summer camp. Activities included hiking in the mountains, bonfires, an "amazing race," and a talent show. The girls also had many opportunities to grow together in their faith through daily Mass, talks, sharing, and prayer. By the end of the week it was unanimous..."We want to stay here forever!" Aguila Camp - Boy's Summer Camp

The Brothers of St. John brought 40 boys from the local youth group to the mountains of Cebu for a 5 day camp. We roughed it in the wilderness, getting up with the sun each day to trek down the mountain to gather water for the day. The boys had the chance to hike up Cebu's highest peak, create skits, compete in a basketball tournament, and showcase their skills in a talent show. We also participated in daily Mass, talks, sharing, and prayer to help them grow in to the men that God is calling them to be.

This year five of us from Pure Heart Philippines traveled across the world to New York City to participate in Corazon Puro's annual Missionary Formation Week.
